Annabell Holland – CEO and Founding Coach
Is a certified Level II USA Cycling Coach and International Triathlon Coaches Association coach. She specializes in track cycling and introducing women riders to racing and training on the road, track, and multi-sport. In order to ensure that each athlete receives the highest quality service and attention to achieve their goals, she accepts only a limited number of athletes. Understanding the balance required between training, family, achieving results, and working a full-time job is the cornerstone of her coaching.
A Track Supervisor at the Hellyer Park Velodrome in San Jose, CA, where she trains, runs intermediate- advanced training sessions, and teach skills clinics. She also loves training and racing on the road, and prides herself in upgrading athletes through the USAC system and achieving personal bests.
Achievements: 11 x Masters Track National Champion, 3 x Pan American Masters Track Champion, and 2 x Masters Track Worlds Bronze medalist.
Certifications: FIT Institute Bike Fitter, USAC Level 2 Coach, USAC Skills Instructor, ITCA Triathlon Coach, & NESTA Heart Rate Specialist.
Allen Vugrincic – Head Coach
Is a certified USA Cycling Coach and NSPA National Sports Performance Association Strength and Conditioning Coach. A multiple time Masters National & State (& elite) Track champion, and 2 x Track World Silver Medalists. Allen has raced semi-pro on the road and track. He is an endurance specialist with a strong criterium and sprint background. His experience ranges from Super Week to Gravel Races.
