Time: 1-4pm, Hellyer Velodrome.
Description: Structured coached sessions at Hellyer Velodrome (by coaches Allen Vugrincic & Annabell Holland) for riders looking for a great workout that will give you a fitness edge going into the 2019 season. The focus will be on building toward the April Wednesday night racing program with seasonally appropriate efforts. The sessions are suitable for both road and track riders, enduros and sprinters. Improve your fitness, avoid the cars, and get in a great workout in a social environment. Riders receive coaching and guidance throughout the session. These sessions will compliment your training and help you accelerate your fitness gains.
Required: Minimum of 4 Saturday sessions (no rental bikes)

10th Women’s Track Training Series
Noon-5pm
Team Sprint and 500m TT
Keirin and Sprint Techniques
(limit of 20 athletes per session)
The 10th women’s track training clinic series introduces women to track racing in a fun, non-intimidating environment. Each session focuses on specific skills to help riders learn the different disciplines of track cycling.
Pre-registration is required. There will be no day of registration.
Cost: $49 per person per session (includes rental bike) or $90 for both clinics.
Required: Must have completed one beginners session at the track prior to attending the clinic.
A portion of the proceeds go toward sponsorship of the grass roots bike loaner program for women.
