Monthly Coaching


When you are selected by a Coaching by Gator coach, you gain the services of two coaches. Your day to day communication, race, and training planning are with your primary coach. Annabell and Allen personally get to know each CBG athlete so that together we can help you achieve your goals. All CBG athletes receiving coaching and instruction when on site with either coach.

Monthly coaching includes:

  • A comprehensive custom training plan written one-three weeks in advance depending on the athletes training phase. The plan is written for you and only you. Your goals are as unique as you are.
  • Twice weekly analysis of your training schedule and training files. Daily as needed, especially when you are approaching a big goal.
  • Workouts emailed to you daily via TrainingPeaks
  • Unlimited email communication and text messages within reason
  • Up to one-hour per week rider initiated phone communication
  • Field testing to determine heart rate or power training zones
  • Highly discounted bike fits
  • CBG only group rides and training
  • Coached training sessions at Hellyer Park Velodrome
  • Athlete discounts at structured open CBG clinics and training sessions
