Monthly Coaching


When you are selected by Coaching by Gator you can expect to gain more than just day to day communication, training calendars and race planning. You gain a coach who takes the time to personally know and understand you, so that together we can achieve your goals. The approach is hands on, and the coaching roster is limited to ensure this level of service.

Monthly coaching includes:

  • A comprehensive custom training plan written one-three weeks in advance depending on the athletes training phase. The plan is written for you and only you. Your goals are as unique as you are.
  • Twice weekly analysis of your training schedule and training files. Daily as needed, especially when you are approaching a big goal.
  • Workouts emailed to you daily via TrainingPeaks
  • Unlimited email communication and text messages within reason
  • Up to one-hour per week rider initiated phone communication
  • Field testing to determine heart rate or power training zones
  • One Bike Fit or Adjustment per year included
  • CBG only group rides and training
  • Coached training sessions at Hellyer Park Velodrome
  • Athlete discounts at structured open CBG clinics and training sessions
